1. What makes DarkCHARM different from other dark chocolates?
DarkCharm is crafted from 100% Malaysian single-origin cacao, meaning all our cacao comes from one place — not mixed from different countries like supermarket chocolate. This gives every bar a pure, honest, naturally Malaysian flavour, shaped by our tropical sun, rainforest humidity, and mineral-rich soil.
Unlike mass-produced chocolate, our beans are naturally fermented, sun-dried, hand-selected, and slow-ground at low heat to protect antioxidants and real cacao taste.
Because it’s single-origin, our chocolate is fully traceable, ethically sourced from Malaysian small farmers, and produced in limited batches.
2. Is DarkCHARM chocolate really healthy?
Yes. DarkCHARM is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, potassium, dietary fibre, and vitamins B3 and E — nutrients that support focus, heart health, and overall wellbeing.
3. Is DarkCharm suitable for vegans or people with dietary restrictions?
DarkCharm offers a variety of products to suit different dietary preferences and lifestyles. Ingredient profiles may vary between flavours and limited editions, so we always recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.

4. How should I store DarkCHARM chocolate?
Store in a cool, dry place, ideally between 18 – 22 °C, away from sunlight and humidity.
Do not refrigerate, as moisture may cause the chocolate to bloom (a harmless white coating).
5. How long can I keep DarkCHARM chocolate?
Unopened DarkCHARM products have a shelf life of 18 months when stored in their original packaging under proper conditions.
Once opened, seal tightly and consume within a few weeks for the best aroma and texture.

We currently offer nationwide delivery across Malaysia and Singapore.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
